Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
Your team uses Agora without paying or giving a card. Before the trial ends, choose a plan to carry on; otherwise the space stops.
Is there anything to install?
No: Agora runs in the browser, on a computer. An app for macOS is also available.
How many people can use it?
You pay one seat per team member; guests are free.
How does billing work?
Invoices include VAT. You pay by card, SEPA direct debit or bank transfer, monthly or yearly.
Can we use our own AI?
Yes. An administrator can plug in your company's model (Mistral, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or a compatible API): notes and the assistant then go through your own contract. In every case, names, e-mails and numbers are replaced before sending.
Can we stop at any time?
Yes: the subscription stops at the end of the period already paid, monthly or yearly.
