Recordings, attachments and the space's files are encrypted by Agora before they are stored.

Access to Outlook and Google Calendar is encrypted and can be disconnected at any time.

Meetings kept twelve months, recordings thirty days; any file whose meeting is gone is erased.

Measures without monitoring
Call quality is measured in the browser and sent nowhere; the usage dashboard hides days with fewer than five people.

Recording with consent
Everyone agrees before being recorded; refused by default, a permanent indicator while recording.

Transcription at our place
Speech is transcribed on our servers, by a model installed there.

Names replaced
Before anything is sent to the language model, names, e-mails and numbers are replaced.

Your administrators can plug in your company's model: your notes go through your own contract.
